Our Philosophy
At Wonderland Nursery Ltd, we believe every child’s journey should be filled with joy, discovery, and endless curiosity. Our nurseries are places where little imaginations thrive, where play and learning go hand in hand, and where caring relationships help children feel safe, happy, and valued.
Our dedicated teachers nurture children’s ideas and turn them into exciting learning experiences that spark creativity and confidence. At Wonderland, we aim to ignite a life-long love of learning and inspire children to dream big and achieve their very best.
We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, supported by our own vision of playful, purposeful learning. To ensure we’re giving children the very best start, we reflect on everything we do through the 3 I’s: Intention, Implementation, and Impact—helping us to constantly grow, improve, and celebrate each child’s progress.

Safeguarding and Child Welfare
Your child’s safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do at Wonderland. From the moment they step through our doors, you can feel confident knowing that we go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing environment.
We have a full set of safeguarding policies in place, covering everything from arrivals and departures to day-to-day routines. Every nursery has a Designated Safeguarding Officer, supported by a deputy, so there is always a trained lead on site.
At Wonderland, safeguarding isn’t just a policy—it’s a promise. We want you to feel completely assured that your child is in the safest of hands, so they can focus on what truly matters: exploring, playing, and learning with confidence.
Here’s how we keep children safe every day:
Secure entry to the nursery via intercom only.
A strict ‘No Mobile Phone’ Policy across all nurseries.
Careful vetting and recruitment of staff, with thorough DBS checks for every team member.
Regular safeguarding and child protection training for all staff.
Visitors are always accompanied while on site.
At Wonderland, safeguarding isn’t just a policy—it’s a promise. We want you to feel completely assured that your child is in the safest of hands, so they can focus on what truly matters: exploring, playing, and learning with confidence.
